With Nordic PC's FlexIT Solution, you are never forced into spending. Most IT firms lock you into a contract spanning one to three years. I believe that our service will keep you coming back, so I decided to offer my clients a package that works across the board, no matter the size of your company. The following features are all yours, free of charge, just for keeping Nordic PC as your IT solution:

• Weekly Account Balance Updates
• Each service visit is separated
• Service details on the invoice
• Travel is listed separately
• Weekly billing

Nordic PC cranks out invoices every Monday so that our clients can keep up with their IT expenses. The preferred method of delivery is email, but postal delivery is free of charge upon request. Each invoice doubles as a progress report, showing individual visits and how much work was accomplished per visit. Invoices are detailed so that you know exactly what you are paying for. Nordic PC FlexIT invoices have "net 30" terms by default. Nordic PC systems and other parts are "buy one, get one."

Rates

Flat-rate services for in-house repairs:

• $25 Pick-up and delivery fee in Watauga County
• $50 Non-rootkit malware removal
• $100 Windows Reinstall with Data Transfer

All other needs are filled at hourly rate on-site:

• Travel from Nordic PC and return to Nordic PC (839 W King St., Boone, NC) is billed at $50 per hour, in 1/4th hour increments.
• Onsite or Remote service is billed at $100 per hour, in 1/4th hour increments.
• Phone calls less than 10 minutes to existing clients are not billed

Nordic PC is a fully insured sole proprietorship run by Nate Solberg.
